Holger Schubert first rose to fame with its award winning office / garage. Now, he's on to something else - designing his house around his car.

The half garage, half work space with an office, couch, bookshelf and television is already fantastic. He built a ramp to raise the Ferrari to roll backward out of the garage before starting up on a bridge that sits 16 feet above the ground. Check it out in the video below:

According to the American Heart Association's journal on Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis and Vascular Biology, they've concluded that high levels of vehicle emissions can cause high cholesterol in mice, indicating that air pollution is a contributing factor in high cholesterol and vascular disease.

The "Furia Corolla" concept car was previewed at the 2013 Detroit Auto show in January, and Toyota set the premiere up for the actual production car to be revealed on June 6.

Royal College of ARt students Ewan Gallimore and Claire Miller came up with these concepts for a Jaguar competition at the Clerkenwell Design Week.

According to Ewan and Claire,

“Jaguar has a long history of ground-breaking design so we knew we needed to create something truly special to catch the eye of Jaguar Advanced Design Director, Julian Thomson. We began the project by looking at light, specifically the way the light falls within the space at Clerkenwell. We thought about how our form could accentuate this light and convey volume through its use of materials and our knowledge of how these materials react with one another."

Toyota just took the top spot in the BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands study released by market research company Millward Brown. They've overtaken BMW already.
