Another accident caught on video in South Korea is being blamed on a mechanical failure. This time it involves a Chevy with alleged brake issues.

This is what the video poster says:

"In May 31st, 2012, my sister had an car accident because her car's brake did not work. Fortunately, she did not hit anyone, but she has gone to hospital since the accident. Moreover, although her car has airbags, those did not work, too. Her car is Chevrolet made by GM, and the car has been only six months."
