There hasn't been much word on the suspension and firing of former CEO Dany Bahar over at Lotus. Parent company DRB-HICOM hasn't said much either, but now the internet is having a field day reporting various financial missteps rumored to have taken place with Bahar during his tenure there.

Swiss newspaper Bilanz (via MSN UK) is now claiming that Bahar plans to sue his former company for wrongful termination. The paper reports that Bahar denies the allegations made against him and will file suit in London's High Court.

Neither Bahar nor Lotus are commenting on the report.
