Could the model above be Audi's S1? S models usually sport quad exhaust pipes, a feature all of them have. Back in 2010, Audi presented a version of its A1 premium supermini with a more powerful version of the VW Polo GTI's 1.4 liter TFSI engine. The automaker had not readied a quattro system for the A1, which came only later the following year that a new Quattro model powered by a 2.0 liter turbocharged four with 253hp.

The A1 Quattro will be produced in a limited number of 333 examples. Except that what you're looking at could be the S1. Rumor has it that it's estimated to be around 220-230 horses and if that's the case, and if that's the S1 we're looking at, it should also feature Audi's Quattro all wheel drive system.
