Here's the first official image of the concept model from BMW and Zagato's collaboration. It will make its world premiere at the 2012 Pebble Beach Concours in California this weekend.

The darkened photo leaves a few doubts about just what type of model BMW and Zagato have prepared. The study looks to be like a roadster version of the BMW Zagato Coupe Concept displayed at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este in May. It could also be a more stylish coupe.
